The2022–23 season was the 157th season in the existence ofNottingham Forest Football Club and their first season back in the top flight of English football since1998–99. In addition to thePremier League, Forest participated in this season's editions of theFA Cup and theEFL Cup.

On 20 May 2023, Nottingham Forest sealed their Premier League status for the following season with a 1–0 home victory over second-placedArsenal.[1]
