The2018 Georgia Attorney General election was held on November 6, 2018, to elect theAttorney General ofGeorgia. IncumbentRepublican attorney generalChristopher M. Carr was appointed to the office on November 1, 2016, following the resignation ofSam Olens to become the president ofKennesaw State University.[1] Carr won the election to a full term overDemocrat Charlie Bailey with 51.3% of the vote.
