2018 UK local government election

The2018 Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council election took place on 3 May 2018 to elect members ofBolton Council inGreater Manchester, England.[1] This was on the same day as otherlocal elections. The Labour Party retained overall control of the Council with a majority of 1.

21 seats were contested and the Conservative Party won 9 seats, the Labour Party won 8 seats, the Liberal Democrats won 2 seats, and Farnworth and Kearsley First won 2 seats.[2]
