The2016 AYA Bank Cup was a four-nationfootball tournament hosted inYangon,Myanmar from 3–6 June 2016.[1]
The tournament followed a straightknockout format withVietnam andHong Kong facing in the first semi-final and the first match of the tournament followed by a match between hostsMyanmar andSingapore.[2]
Ayeyarwady Bank was the title sponsor of the tournament which signed a contract with theMyanmar Football Federation on 4 May 2016.[3]
