Notes:

^Royal Wootton Bassett Town were deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player in their win over Longlevens on 10 September.
^Carterton resigned from the league, having played three matches, and as a result their playing record (PL:3, W:1, L:2, GF:3, GA:9) was expunged.^[1]

Promotion criteria

To be promoted at the end of the season a team must:^[3]

Have applied to be considered for promotion by the end of November
Pass a ground grading examination by the end of March
Finish the season in a position higher than that of any other team also achieving criteria 1 and 2
Finish the season in one of the top three positions
