2015 UK local government election

Results of the 2015 Middlesbrough Council election

The2015 Middlesbrough Borough Council election took place on 7 May 2015 to elect members ofMiddlesbrough Borough Council in England.[1] It took place on the same day as the election for theMayor of Middlesbrough, as well as theUK general election, and otherlocal elections across England.[2] Since the2011 election, there had been boundary reviews, which resulted in two fewer seats on the council, many old wards being discontinued and new wards being formed.[3]
