The2013 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II consisted of three internationalice hockey tournaments organized by theInternational Ice Hockey Federation. Division II A, Division II B and Division II B Qualification represent the fourth, fifth and sixth tier of theIIHF Women's World Championship.

Beginning this year, the winners of the qualification tournament have to wait until the following year to play in the Division II Group B.
