2013–14 North West Counties Football League

The2013–14 North West Counties Football League season was the 32nd in the history of theNorth West Counties Football League, afootball competition inEngland. Teams were divided into two divisions: the Premier Division and Division One.

The Premier Division featured two new teams:[1]

Bacup & Rossendale Borough, who finished the season in one of the relegation positions, were reprieved.[2]

Promotion criteria

To be promoted at the end of the season a team must:

  1. Have applied to be considered for promotion by 30 November 2013
  2. Pass a ground grading examination by 31 March 2014
  3. Finish the season in a position higher than that of any other team also achieving criteria 1 and 2
  4. Finish the season in one of the top three positions
