The2012 NAIA football season was the component of the 2012college football season organized by theNational Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) in the United States. The season's playoffs, known as theNAIA Football National Championship, culminated with the championship game on December 13, atBarron Stadium inRome, Georgia. TheMarian Knights defeated theMorningside Mustang, in overtime by a score of 30–27, in the title game to win the program's first NAIA championship.[1]
