The2011NCAA Rifle Championships were contested at the 32nd annualNCAA-sanctioned competition to determine the team and individual national champions of co-ed collegiaterifle shooting in theUnited States.[1]
The championships were held at theUnited States Army Marksmanship Unit atFort Benning inColumbus, Georgia and hosted by nearbyColumbus State University.
Kentucky won the team championship, the Wildcats' first NCAA national title in rifle.
With only one national collegiate championship for rifle shooting, allNCAArifle programs (whether fromDivision I,Division II, orDivision III) were eligible. A total of eight teams contested this championship.
