The2010 Knox County mayoral election was held on August 5, 2010, to determine the next mayor ofKnox County, Tennessee. IncumbentRepublican Mayor Mike Ragsdale could not run for re-election due toterm limits. Republican state senatorTim Burchett won the election with 88.3% of the vote againstDemocrat Ezra Maize.[2][3][4]
