2008 UK local government election

Results of the 2008 Rochford District Council election

Elections toRochford Council were held on 1 May 2008. One third of the council was up for election and theConservative party stayed in overall control of the council.

The Conservative party won all 15 seats up for election with no surprises in the results.[1][2]

After the election, the composition of the council was:
