The2005–06 FA Women's Cup was anassociation footballknockout tournament for women's teams, held between 4 September 2005 and 1 May 2006. It was the 36th season of theFA Women's Cup and was won byArsenal, who defeated Leeds United in thefinal.[1][2] The tournament consisted of a preliminary round, two qualifying rounds and eight rounds of competition proper.

The competition began on 4 September 2005 when the 4 lowest–ranked teams in the tournament took part in the preliminary round.
