The2003AP Tourism Hyderabad Open was the first edition of theWTA tournament held inHyderabad,Andhra Pradesh, India organized for women'sprofessionaltennis.[1] It was held from 3 February until 9 February 2003 onoutdoor hardcourts.Tamarine Tanasugarn won the singles title. Indian star Sania Mirza made her debut at this tournament in her hometown Hyderabad.[2]
