1cP-LSD, or1-CPA-LSD, also known as1-cyclopropanoyl-LSD or asCurie, is apsychedelic drug of thelysergamide family and anacylatedderivative oflysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) which has been sold as adesigner drug.[3][4][5][1] It is aprodrug of LSD.[3]

1cP-LSD has been used in the form ofblotter tabs containing 100 μg 1cP-LSDfree base andpellets containing 150 μg 1cP-LSDhemitartrate.[3] Its dose is said to be 100 to 200 μg and it has comparablepotency to1P-LSD and1B-LSD.[1][2] Itsduration has been said to be 5 to 10 hours.[1][2]

1cP-LSD is aprodrug ofLSD.[3] It has been found to producepsychedelic-like effects, specifically thehead-twitch response, in rodents with similarpotency as1P-LSD.[3]

Canada

1cP-LSD is not acontrolled substance inCanada as of 2025.[6]

Sweden

Sweden's public health agency suggested classifying 1cP-LSD as adangerous substance on 18 December 2019 and later classified it as such on 22 April 2021.[7][8]

United States

1cP-LSD is not an explicitlycontrolled substance in theUnited States.[9] However, it could be considered acontrolled substance under theFederal Analogue Act if intended for human consumption.

Research

1cP-LSD has been investigated as a potential treatment foranxiety in dogs and cats.[10][11][12]
