The1999–2000 FIBA Korać Cup was the 29th edition ofFIBA'sKorać Cup basketball competition. The FrenchLimoges CSP defeated the SpanishUnicaja in the final. This was Limoges' third time winning the title following victories in1982 and1983.

For the 1999–2000 FIBA Korać Cup, the countries are allocated places according to their place on the FIBA country rankings, which takes into account their performance in European competitions from 1996–97 to 1998–99.[1]
