The1997 NASCAR Goody's Dash Series was the 23rd season of theNASCAR Goody's Dash Series. It began atDaytona International Speedway on February 14 and concluded atHomestead-Miami Speedway on November 9.Lyndon Amick entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion,Mike Swaim Jr. won his first and only championship, 138 points in front ofBrian Sockwell.
