The1997–98 Dhaka Premier Division League was the 46th season of the top-tier football league in Bangladesh and the 5th season of the Premier Division, following its succession from theFirst Division as the top-tier. A total of ten teams participated in the league which began on 12 October 1997 and ended on 9 March 1998.[1]
TheShere Bangla National Stadium inMirpur,Dhaka was the sole venue used for the league.
