The1996 TVZ Awards (Portuguese:Prêmio TVZ 1996), later renamed theMultishow Brazilian Music Awards (Portuguese:Prêmio Multishow de Música Brasileira), were held on 29 May 1996, at the Ballroom inRio de Janeiro,Brazil.[1] Mylena Ciribelli hosted the ceremony.[2]
