The1996 Bob Save Superbowl was the 1996 season of the South African clubfootball (soccer) knockout tournament, then known as theBob Save Superbowl for sponsorship reasons.[1]
The tournament saw one of the iconicSoweto Derbys, withOrlando Pirates defeatingKaizer Chiefs 4–1 in the semifinal. The game became known as theJerry Sikhosana Derby, after Sikhosana's hat-trick.[2][3][4]
