It was the 27th edition of thetournament and was now part of theATP International Series of the1995 ATP Tour, having been replaced as anATP Masters Series venue byEssen. The tournament was held from 6 November through 12 November 1995. Second-seededThomas Enqvist won the singles title.[4]
