  1. ^By the decision ofFIFA, the Estonian FA was forced to takeFC Tevalte Tallinn (disqualified one round before the end of the 1993/94 season because of match-fixing without proof) back to the Estonian FA and give the club a place in theMeistriliiga 1995-96 season. Therefore extra Relegation play-off was arranged between the sixth team of the final round and the second team of the Premier Division Promotion Tournament.
