The1987WAAA Championships sponsored by theTrustee Savings Bank, were the nationaltrack and field championships for women in the United Kingdom.^[1][2]

The event was held at theAlexander Stadium, Birmingham, from 24 to 25 July 1987.^[3][4]

The Championships were the last WAAA Championships because as from 1988 theAAA Championships would hold both men's and women's events.
