The Eastern Conference team consisted of theWashington Bullets'Moses Malone andJeff Malone, thePhiladelphia 76ers'Julius Erving,Maurice Cheeks andCharles Barkley, theBoston Celtics'Larry Bird,Robert Parish andKevin McHale, theDetroit Pistons'Isiah Thomas andBill Laimbeer, theAtlanta Hawks'Dominique Wilkins and theChicago Bulls'Michael Jordan.

In addition to game MVPTom Chambers, the Western Conference team featured theLos Angeles Lakers'Magic Johnson,James Worthy andKareem Abdul-Jabbar, theGolden State Warriors'Sleepy Floyd andJoe Barry Carroll, theDallas Mavericks'Rolando Blackman andMark Aguirre, theSan Antonio Spurs'Alvin Robertson, thePhoenix Suns'Walter Davis, theDenver Nuggets'Alex English and theHouston Rockets'Akeem Olajuwon.Houston'sRalph Sampson was selected but unable to play due to injury.
