The1964NCAA soccer tournament was the sixth annual tournament organized by theNational Collegiate Athletic Association to determine the national champion of men'scollege soccer among its members in theUnited States. This tournament featured fifteen teams, a decrease of one team from the previous year.
The tournament final was played atBrown Stadium inProvidence, Rhode Island on December 5.
Navy, in their second straight title game appearance, won their first title, defeatingMichigan State in the final, 1–0.[1]
In the title game, all-time lacrosse Hall of FamerJimmy Lewis scored the game's only goal. Lewis was named the tournament outstanding player.
