The1954 Texas Tech Red Raiders football team represented Texas Technological College—now known asTexas Tech University—as a member of theBorder Conference during the1954 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coachDeWitt Weaver, the Red Raiders compiled an overall record of 7–2–1 with a mark of 4–0 in conference play, winning the Border Conference title for the second consecutive season.
