AMassachusetts general election was held on November 4, 1952 in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts. Primary elections took place on September 16.

At the federal level, RepresentativeJohn F. Kennedy defeated incumbent SenatorHenry Cabot Lodge in a close election.

In the race for Governor, RepublicanChristian Herter defeated incumbent DemocratPaul Dever. Republicans also defeated incumbent Democrats in the races for Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General.
