The1952 Brooklyn Dodgers season was the 63rd season for theBrooklyn Dodgers franchise in theMLB. The team rebounded from the heartbreaking ending of1951 to win theNational Leaguepennant by four games over theNew York Giants. However, they dropped theWorld Series in seven games to theNew York Yankees. Led byGil Hodges,Jackie Robinson, andDuke Snider, the high-powered Brooklyn offense scored the most runs in the majors.
