The1950 Ohio Bobcats football team was anAmerican football team that representedOhio University in theMid-American Conference (MAC) during the1950 college football season. In their second season under head coachCarroll Widdoes, the Bobcats compiled a 6–4 record (2–2 against MAC opponents), finished in third place in the MAC, and outscored all opponents by a combined total of 165 to 161.[1] They played their home games inPeden Stadium inAthens, Ohio.[2]

The team's statistical leaders included Quinn Stumpf with 609 rushing yards, Tom Anderson with 633 passing yards, and Nick Fogoros with 177 receiving yards.[3]
