The1943 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship was the 57th staging of theAll-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, theGaelic Athletic Association's premierinter-countyhurling tournament. The championship began on 2 May 1943 and ended on 5 September 1943.

The championship was won byCork who secured the title following a 5–16 to 0–4 defeat ofAntrim in the All-Ireland final.[1] This was their 14th All-Ireland title.

Cork were also thedefending champions and retained the title for the second successive year to become the fourth team to win the three in-a-row.

Eight teams contested theLeinster championship, withMeath andWicklow returning after absences. Six teams contested theMunster championship, withKerry fielding a team for the first time after a long absence from the senior ranks.Galway, who faced no competition in their own province, entered the championship at the All-Ireland semi-final stage. TheUlster champions were permitted to enter the All-Ireland series for the first time.
