The1942 Oregon Ducks football team represented theUniversity of Oregon in thePacific Coast Conference (PCC) during the1942 college football season. In their first and only season under head coachJohn A. Warren, the Ducks compiled a 2–6 record (2–5 in PCC, eighth), and were outscored 138 to 67.

Oregon was ranked at No. 96 (out of 590 college and military teams) in the final rankings under theLitkenhous Difference by Score System for 1942.[1]

Two home games were played on campus atHayward Field inEugene and two atMultnomah Stadium inPortland.
