The1939 VFL Grand Final was anAustralian rules football game contested between theMelbourne Football Club andCollingwood Football Club, held at theMelbourne Cricket Ground inMelbourne on 30 September 1939. It was the 41st annualGrand Final of theVictorian Football League, staged to determine thepremiers for the1939 VFL season.

The match, attended by 78,110 spectators, was won by Melbourne by a margin of 53 points, marking that club's third premiership victory and first since winning the1926 VFL Grand Final.
