The1938 Cupa României Final was the fifth final ofRomania's most prestigiousfootball cup competition. It was disputed betweenCAM Timișoara andRapid București, and was won byRapid București after a game with 5 goals. It was the third cup for Rapid, and the second of six consecutive successes.[1][2]
CAM Timișoara was the first club representingDivizia B which reached the Romanian Cup final.[3][4]
