The1937–38Coppa Italia was the fifth edition of the national cup in Italian football and the third edition of the tournament under the organization of theDirettorio Divisioni Superiori. The competition was won byJuventus.

The two finalistsTorino and Juventus were both from Turin. A two-legged final was agreed upon given both teams had their own stadium to avoid either team having an advantage.
