The1916 Virginia Orange and Blue football team represented theUniversity of Virginia as a member of theSouth Atlantic Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SAIAA) during the1916 college football season. Led byPeyton Evans in his first and only season as head coach, the Orange and Blue compiled an overall record of 4–5 with a mark of 2–1 in conference play, tying for fifth place in the SAIAA.
