The1906 Arkansas gubernatorial election was held on 3 September 1906, in order to elect theGovernor of Arkansas.Democratic nominee andincumbent member of theU.S. House of Representatives fromArkansas's 4th districtJohn S. Little defeatedRepublican nominee John I. Worthington.[1]
On election day, 3 September 1906,Democratic nomineeJohn S. Little won the election by a margin of 63,897 votes against his foremost opponentRepublican nominee John I. Worthington, thereby retaining Democratic control over the office of Governor. Little was sworn in as the 21st Governor ofArkansas on 18 January 1907.[2]
