The103rd Regiment of Foot was aBritish Army regiment raised inBristol in May 1794.[1] The regiment was raised by Lieutenant-ColonelWilliam Dyott.[2] Initially known as theLoyal Bristol Regiment, it was renumbered as the 103rd Regiment of Foot later that year but disbanded the following year when personnel were transferred to the4th Regiment of Foot and the7th Regiment of Foot.[1]
