(15820) 1994 TB is atrans-Neptunian object residing in theKuiper belt. It is in a 3:2orbital resonance withNeptune, similar toPluto. It was discovered on October 2, 1994, byDavid C. Jewitt andJun Chen at theMauna Kea Observatory, inHawaii.
