Île-de-France tramway Line 13 Express (T13 Express;French:Ligne 13 Express du tramwayd'Île-de-France, known as theTangentielle Ouest andTram Express Ouest in the planning phase) is a suburbantram-train line inYvelines, west ofParis, which opened on 6 July 2022.[1][2][3] The line is operated by Transkeo T12-T13, a joint venture 51% owned byKeolis and 49% bySNCF Voyageurs, but operation will be taken over by RATP Cap Île-de-France by 2026.[4]
The line replaced a former branch ofTransilien Line L betweenSaint-Germain-en-Laye–Grande-Ceinture station andNoisy-le-Roi station, going further north toSaint-Germain-en-Laye station and further south toSaint-Cyr station.
Alstom Citadis Dualis tram-trains, U 53800 series, are used on the line. They are 42 meters long and capable of speeds up to 100 km/h.
The line is 19 kilometres (12 miles) long, with service taking 32 minutes. It connects the communes ofSaint-Germain-en-Laye (north) andSaint-Cyr-l'École (south), in the western outer suburbs ofParis. It has interchanges with existingSNCFTransilien linesL,N andU, as well asRéseau Express Régional (RER) linesA andC. It partially runs on the formerGrande ceinture Ouest line.

An extension toAchères-Ville RER station is planned to open by 2028.[5] The line will branch off at Lisière Pereire with a route viaPoissy RER station.
