Çoban salatası orchoban salad (Turkish for "shepherd's salad") is a salad that originated fromTurkish cuisine, consisting of finely choppedtomatoes (preferably peeled),cucumbers, longgreen peppers,onion, and flat-leafparsley.[1][2][3][4] The dressing consists of lemon juice,olive oil, and salt.[5]
