When you are setting up your quiz, you can only enterone email address inSend Results Via Website to E-mail.
If you need to circulate the quiz results to a number of different people you can do this by creating a new email account that will automatically forward all emails to a list of addresses. Gmail is one email service that will do this successfully. You can then enter that email address in the quiz set up.
