X-Plane is aflight simulator initially launched byLaminar Research in 1995. Commercialdesktop versions are sold formacOS,Windows, andLinux. In addition, Laminar Research also distributesFAA-certified versions for professional use. A mobile version has been available forAndroid,iOS, andwebOS since 2009 as well.
