Winux, previously known asWubuntu andLinuxFX is aLinux distribution forpersonal computers based on theKubuntu distribution and themed close toWindows 11. It bundlesOnlyOffice and other software reminiscent of Windows.[1][2]The Register claimed the distribution likely infringes ontrademarks byCanonical andMicrosoft,[1] whileZDNet warns that it might be ascam.[2]

As of August 2025 Winux's website is now atwinuxos.org, after winuxos.com became inaccessible in July 2025.[original research?]
