Two Point Studios is a Britishvideo game developer based inFarnham. It was founded on 26 July 2016 by Ben Hymers,Mark Webley, andGary Carr.[2][3][4] Carr and Webley had previously worked on titles includingTheme Hospital,Black & White, and theFable series forBullfrog Productions and laterLionhead Studios,[3] with more alumni from the two companies andMucky Foot Productions joining.[5][6][7] In May 2019, the company was acquired bySega and became part ofSega Europe.[8][9]
In May 2017, Two Point Studios announced it had signed a publishing partnership withSega for asimulation game.[10][11] The partnership is part of Sega's plan to locate and support talented developers and bring their expertise to the video gaming market.[5][12] John Clark, Sega of Europe's senior vice president of commercial publishing, stated that Two Point Studios' vision is compatible with Sega's principles of franchise creation.[13]
Two Point Studios revealed their first game asTwo Point Hospital, aspiritual successor toTheme Hospital, in January 2018 for release later that year forMicrosoft Windows.[14] The developers intend for this to be first of several other simulation games, inspired by previous Bullfrog games. Others are also planned, and will share similarities and narrative elements with each other.[15]Two Point Hospital was released to critically positive reception on 30 August 2018.
In June 2021, Two Point Studios announcedTwo Point Campus.[16] The game was released in August 2022.[17]
In August 2024, Two Point Studios announcedTwo Point Museum.[18] The game was released in March 2025.[19]
