Ruston Rials Webster[1] (born September 30, 1962)[2] is anAmerican football scout for theAtlanta Falcons of theNational Football League (NFL).[3] He previously served asgeneral manager of theTennessee Titans.[4] During his time with theSeattle Seahawks, Webster also served as the vice president of player personnel under general managerTim Ruskell. His career began with theTampa Bay Buccaneers, where he started as a scout.[5]

He is a graduate of theUniversity of Mississippi, and he and his wife, Gayle, have three children, a daughter, Hannah, and two sons, Jacob, and Drew. Ruston was born in Houston, Texas to Philip and Patricia Webster, while he was raised inMadison, Mississippi.[6]
