TheJoint Air Force-Weber State University Satellite (JAWSAT) is anAmerican military mini-satellite launched aboard aMinotaur rocket on January 27, 2000 fromVandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) inCalifornia.[1] After its own launch, JAWSAT deployed four microsatellites:FalconSAT-1,OCSE,OPAL, andASUSat.[2] JAWSAT also carriedNASA's Plasma Experiment Satellite Test (PEST).
