Holmebåen is a point on the tiny island of Steinsøy in anarchipelago of small islands northwest of theUtvær islands in the municipality ofSolund inVestland county,Norway. It lies about 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of the municipal center ofHardbakke. Holmebåen is thewesternmost point in Norway proper (not counting theJan Mayen island).[1][2]
