Career
editImourane is a product of the youth academy of the Beninese clubs Académie Poté Joseph andSoleil FC, before moving toSCC Mohammédia to finish his development on 4 December 2020.[1] In 2022, he moved to the Beninese clubLoto-Popo in theBenin Premier League.[2] On 14 July 2023, he moved to theEgyptian Premier League sideModern Future FC on a year-long loan.[3] On 22 August 2024,Grasshopper Club Zurich announced the loan of Imourane.[4] However, due to a contract dispute with Modern Future, he returned to Loto-Popo in September 2024, without playing for Grasshoppers.[5]
On 6 January 2025, he joined theSwiss Super League clubGrasshopper on loan for the remainder of the 2024–25 season with an option to buy.[6] He debuted on 25 January 2025, coming on in the final minutes of a 0–0 draw againstYoung Boys. A week later, he started and played the full 90 minutes atleft-back in a 2–2 draw againstLausanne-Sport. On 11 April 2025, Grasshoppers activated their option, signing Imourane until 2028.[7]
International career
editImourane was called up to theBenins for the2023 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.[8] That same year he was called up to the seniorBenin national team.[2] He also called up for2026 FIFA World Cup qualification matches in March 2025.[9]
