Carl Otte (June 24, 1923 – January 13, 2011) was anAmericanDemocratic politician and legislator fromWisconsin.
Born inSheboygan, Wisconsin, Otte served in theUnited States Army duringWorld War II. Otte worked in a leather company and served on theSheboygan County, Wisconsin Board of Supervisors. He served in theWisconsin State Assembly 1967–1983 and then theWisconsin State Senate 1983–1987.[1][2]
