Alvin Rabushka (born May 15, 1940) is an American political scientist. He is a David and Joan Traitel Senior Fellow at theHoover Institution atStanford University, and member of theMont Pelerin Society. He is best known for his work ontaxation and transition economies. Together withRobert Hall, he wrote a detailedflat tax plan known as theHall–Rabushka flat tax.
